What is Intuitive Leadership?

Intuitive Leadership is leading in the way that comes naturally to you, listening to your "inner voice" of "common sense," and then building on these innate abilities with sound leadership techniques.
The idea is that everything should come naturally to you. To achieve this you have to build up your data-bank of knowledge about leadership. The more you know the better you will be.
The best place to start your learning is with an understanding of what employees expect of their line manager.
A recent survey of 5,673 employees shows that employees expect from their managers, in order of importance:
a. Ability
b. Integrity
c. Understanding
d. Fairness
e. Consistency
Very few of the managers that I come across in my work as a Leadership Coach would score highly on all 5 of the areas mentioned. Everyone has work to do to develop their leadership abilities.
